We need a logo design for a new company based in the South East Gold Coast in Australia called "Up Your Rent". We provide a solution for investors or property owners to get much higher rental income for their property without the hassle of having to even pay real estate agent fees!

Suggested Colours: Lime green & Black (but open to suggestions or other colours)
Suggested Font: open to suggestions but something catchy.

I can send you an attachment of a very rough logo that was designed by somebody for fun. It's not great, but I really do like the "arrow" on the letter "U" in the word "Up". I can't attach it here as the size is incorrect and will not upload.

However, again, I am open to other suggestions also if you have other ideas/concepts.
