so are you wanting me to design a shirt or rearrange the logo? I'm an expert in the logo field but not to hot on shirts...

I have tried with the logo in the past. i like my logo as is.

Are the other uniforms (fire damage work, fishing shirt, etc) going to be later separate projects or intended to be a part of this?

Just working on the main uniform at the moment. The chosen designer will be asked to perform extra tasks, designing the other shirts after this project is complete. This will be negotiated and is a option for later, after project completion, not a requirement!! It is only to let you and whoever else know that this could be an ongoing arrangement and source of income.

Putting a logo on a shirt is not graphic design
Any company that makes business shirts has this as an option, a free option. I did you really think you could win the design comp with that?
