Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We have a very simple one page - two sided 8.5x11 flyer that we want refreshed into a brochure for a fast turnaround. We are an industry leading parking lot maintenance company in our area and want a professional look that conveys the message to the prospective customers. It's a checklist of to-do items for spring maintenance. This is useful to Property Managers and Condo Board Members who will be attending a trade show where this will be handed out.

We use Printplace.com for printing, so please abide by their design guidelines and templates here: https://www.printplace.com/layout-templates

Feel free to deviate from the one page flyer format (tri-fold, etc.) but it MUST be easily printed at printplace. No custom sizes.

Some photos, logos, etc. are attached here, but feel free to grab any photos from our website or use stock photos.
