We are looking for a logo that clearly defines who we are and what we do. We are a small local startup in Windsor, ON that helps folks who are currently renting get into homeownership through private financing. We provide families with fully renovated homes. We act as the renovator, realtor, mortgage broker, and bank. Our primary focus is providing financing and getting families into homes when the bank says no. We focus on providing a high quality finished product (the home) where the buyer can just turn the key and move in and not have to worry about anything. We are a one stop shop in the home buying process.

• Include a Grey, red and white color combination using the red and grey colour that were uploaded.

Agradable de tener

• Simple, creative/clever, modern design.
• Some logo designs that I like: Spartan Golf Club, Under armour, beats by dre as they incorporate the product they are selling with the logo design.
• I would like to see a house/rooftop somewhere in the design. Feel free to incorporate the name "FORTE" into the graphic design. Put more emphasis on "Forte" rather than real estate. If there is a graphic, I would like the possibility of using a stand-alone logo.

No debería tener

• Not looking for a logo that looks like it was made in the 90's. Don't want it to be overly busy. No apartment buildings in the design, just homes. No more than 2 rooftops.
