Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi designers,
We need a logo design for a new company based in Sydney called 'Thrive Academy'.
Thrive Academy offers coaching sessions and training to senior leaders within organisations (80%) and individuals (20%) to help them thrive towards success.
We would like to see designs that uses colours that are masculine such as black, white, blue, grey, etc. We are open to any design at the moment and have attached an initial thought we had for it that would need building up. It doesn't have to be like the ones attached. It is just to give you an idea on where we are headed towards. Please move away from the academic logos with the word 'Academy'. We really dislike them.
The design must be simple, clean, modern and transpire trust, experience and credibility.
