Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a news site called "Resistance Report." We're a brand-new, cutting-edge media company that unabashedly stands for human rights, economic fairness, environmental justice, and against corruption, war, poverty, greed, and racism.

The Resistance Report is meant to be a one-stop shop for everyone in the movement to resist the Trump regime in all of its manifestations. We cover social movements, people resisting Trump and his policies in multiple creative (and nonviolent) ways, and provide a fuller context to the day's news by making sure we grab up the stories that other media companies are too afraid to cover.

Our site design is black and white, so we'll be looking for a black and white logo. However, we're open to all forms of black and white designs, from a word mark to a pictorial to an emblem. We'd preferably like to have one square-shaped logo to use as our avatar for social media, and one rectangle-shaped logo to be used for cover images and mastheads. We'd like to use the same logo, to be specific, but just want one that's portrait and one that's landscape.

• Some must-haves are an image that conveys both resistance and truth. We're on the side of the downtrodden, providing news from an angle that supports social justice and human rights. If a logo can include some element of that, our readers will love it. At the same time, we want a logo to look professional, like something you would expect from a major national media company.
