Resumen de Diseño Web

We require a new design for our home page of www.biddly.com.au.

We want this to be in a similar theme to the current site, all other pages to remain unchanged however our marketing team have advised that the current home page (initial banner) is not engaging or "hooking" potential leads. I have attached "CRO Recommendations" from our marketing team as an idea to the issues with the Biddly site.
At the moment we would only like the issues on home page reviewed (Pages: 4 to 10).

I have attached an example from our marketing team as to an idea of how the front home page needs to look.

As an idea of what our competition is doing well please view hellocars.com.au, autogenie.com.au (great engagement on home page top banner).

Biddly is a brand new concept for Australian new car buyers. Biddly allows a customer buying a new car to receive best price offer for their new car needs and finance requirements all on a sophisticated online dashboard. The dashboard even allows the customer to interact directly with the dealerships to negotiate the price online! (never offered before).

I've provided new logo, brand guidelines for colour and font scheme.
