Several designs have used "EI" as initials in the design. I like the idea of "XI" as a play on roman numerals in the theme as well as more of a phonetic initial.

I also like the idea of a design with a shield and a vertical sword.

The word Iron should have the focus in the designs, not the word Essex.

This is very strong work. The sword looks great. I have two minor edits: 1) Please put/wrap the knight's hand/fingers around the sword handle. 2) Please align the word "ESSEX" so that it is on the same angle as the word "IRON".
