Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

We want a sales brochure that is preferably in publisher so we can update text as needed. We are looking for something clean and professional, we tried our hand at it, but are not too happy with the results - we are not designers. I have attached what we have so far - it is way too long. Pages 1-8 are the basic. We are not tied to a document type (brochure vs pamphlet), the only requirements we have are that we have edit capability for text and that it looks clean and professional. I also attached our logo. Basically we are a new company with years of experience, so we want to come across as polished and prepared, not obvious that we are a new firm.
