Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a primary school that has a mascot for our school rewards system to recognise positive behaviours in the school. Our Mascot, named EARL (Eager And Ready to Learn), is a drawing. We would like to see Earl keep some similarity, however become more graphic and professional looking. He needs to also remain appealing to the students who are aged 5-12. We intend to use Earl on posters, in newsletters and to create large signage with cut-outs of Earl welcoming our school at the gates. Our reward system runs off 3 expectations, which encourage our students to be "Safe", "Outstanding Achievers", who show "Respect". These words could possibly be incorporated into the design. I have included a poster we use in the classroom with Earl so you can get an idea of what he is representing.
