Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for a Primary School. The name of the school is TOLISE. The logo will be mostly printed or embroidered onto a light blue background, so I need color combinations to match this background.
The idea behind the logo is that the studenst of the school must be grounded and deeply rooted in knowledge (refer to Images 1 & 2). The Primary school is from a small atoll island so I would like to use a Coconut tree instead. Also I would like the image of child leaning against the tree and reading a book (refer to Image 3). Image 4 shows how I would like the texts to be arranged, with the name of the school on the top and the slogan below. Please also include the birds an the curved line/ocean below the slogan.
