I don't think this tattoo should be a 75mm blob on the breast. To me, this will only draw attention to the area that you are trying to conceal. In this instance, my suggestion would be to "go big or go home". I would design an elegant thorn bush coming around your rib cage moving up onto and around the breast with beautiful red roses (not too many) on it. One of the roses would be placed where the nipple would have been... Unfortunately I am not an illustrator so I cant put my ideas forward... Good Luck!
