It is better to eliminate a design that does not suit you, instead to give only one star for invested time and effort for working on the project.

Next time you should just provide feedback. Giving a low star rating because you don't understand proper design is shady. We designers spend time and effort working on your project and with no guaranteed income. Think about that next time. BTW your co. name is 1 star at best.

My apologies - I'm still getting used to this platform. I didn't even know that was an option to be honest. I appreciate the advice, and will definitely do so in the future!

Apologies for the harsh comment. Our ratings are quite important and low ratings without feedback kind of sucks. It's hard to spend a lot of time making a design perfect with no guarantee of income. So we sort of put a basic concept together hoping for feedback to make it better. Good luck, I hope you find the right logo.
