Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am based in Thunder Bay, Ontario in the Boreal forest on the shore of Lake Superior.
My company has 2 components. 1 is individual coaching. My specialization is endurance sport (mountain biking, cycling, running, triathlon, cross-country ski), which I have coached at the international level for over 10 years. Athletes (my clients) receive training plans, preparation for competition and feedback. I plan to focus mainly on local athletes, but will likely end up doing some online as well. The second element is physical testing. I have a commercial space with some specialized testing equipment that any athlete can pay for me to run them through some sport-science testing to understand how to train smarter based on their results.
I want a logo which stresses/stylizes/focuses on the main word ("Catalyst") and then includes the secondary descriptors ("Coaching & SportLab").

I would like the logo to be modern, eye-catching, and dynamic (evoke a sense of active energy), and also portray a technical/scientific approach.
I'm not a fan of fussy/intricate/highly detailed images. Also, its important that is look good printed as I will use it on clothing.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

Competitive athletes. Personal sport coaching is do doubt a "luxury good" so the reality is that most clients will be upper-middle class with some disposable income. Certainly there will be a mix of younger, more elite athletes, and more senior (45-60) professionals with sporting intentions/goals
