Resumen de Diseño de Logo

FaithAlive is a christian inspired podcast driven to motivate and inspire others through Faith. I recently hired someone to create my logo but I'm just not feeling it. I have a rough draft of my website up (www.faithalivetribe.com) if you want to get an idea of the vibe of FaithAlive. The logo currently is in the top left which just doesn't feel right. This logo is going to create a revenue stream needed for FaithAlive in a full line of merchandise and clothing. I really need it to be epic.

I'm visioning a Vertical Cross incorporated in the logo possibly or some sort of Cross in the logo. I'm looking for a modern design that incorporates FaithAlive and a Cross. The cross could be by itself standing out so that I can use it solely on items of merchandise or clothing, etc. Honestly, I want someone to look at the logo and be like "that is pretty sick" -- Targeted to an audience of 20s-40s. I am also going to need Podcast Art for iTunes and other graphic design images as I move forward. Looking to find a designed I can collaborate with long-term.
