New Apartment Building called Lackawanna Station in Bloomfield, NJ. Located right next to the Bloomfield train station stop.

The building is located next to a train station and will be comprised of Studios, 1 Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms. As such, it is targeting a young, commuter demographic (likely without kids) that wants to live close to the train station for an easy commute into Manhattan and still be in a downtown, urban setting.

I would expect the normal age range for residents in the 22-35 range.

For Style/Color/Imagery, we are open to suggestions but it should try and
incorporate a new age design that takes into account the proximity to the
train station, which is a key point (hence, the name Lackawanna Station).
