No I didn't download the files. Please contact support and they will explain what happened.
Why should I contact support?
You selected my design, you sent me 3 messages to send all files & I did so in good faith - why should bear the loss when you have all the work?
You can always lie that you never received the files although they are very much there!
please dont try to loot the designers here! Have some shame atleast.
I did no such thing. The problem was with Design Crowds lack of support.
I selected your design on Saturday. I immediately realized I had selected the wrong design and designer. I immediately contacted support via email and phone. NO ONE got back to me so I had to pay an extra $100 and create a 2nd place winner so I could get the design I wanted because I needed it ON SATURDAY. Support got back to me on MONDAY and since (at that point) you had not uploaded your design yet they said they would be able to deselect it and refund me the 2nd place prize that I had to pay for. About an hour after I talked to support you had uploaded your designs. I would have assumed they would contact you and let you know what happened and why or not deselect your design since you had already uploaded your files, but they did anyway.
So no I didn't download the files, I don't need them as it's not the design my client selected. IF you contact support you will find that everything I am telling you is true.
My suggestion - support and see what they say. Maybe they will be willing to compensate you. If not I'd be willing to pay you $50 for a design I will never use, but that's really all I can afford. The mistake was honest but the way it was handled by support was not stellar. I didn't bother getting into the details initially since I went ahead and paid for a 2nd place winner so I could get the design I needed. I figured it was my loss, but I was upset that support dropped the ball. Had I been able to reach them on Saturday we could have rectified it IMMEDIATELY.

I never received any intimation from designcrowd to send files but I sent on my own as soon as it was done as we are in a different timezone altogether.Had you informed me that you needed files urgently I would have done.
Regards they paying me for my work its out of question (if you could ask them to do so they may...)
Yes if you believe that I have put my efforts on your project & did as you wished then you can only pay & compensate for my losses.
I hope you will do the needful as I have already done my part in good faith.
You don't get it. I chose the WRONG DESIGN. I didn't need your files urgently I needed the files of the design I MEANT TO CHOOSE. did you read my comment? I chose your design ACCIDENTALLY, my client chose a different design and designer.
And I said I would although you may want to contact support first. As far as the $50 I will have to wait until my extra $100 is refunded and then I can send it to you. I will need your paypal address though as it will not be sent through design crowd.
