It needs to have all the same elements, but be aimed at a younger audience. If you view the site theloop.com you will see the age group. We don't want a black background with coloured writing as the actual reviews will be the most important part of the site which will need to be easy to read.

The tiers of pages we need are :

Home
Set up a profile
Search page
individual profile pages
individual business pages
pages for blogs that we will attach to the site



We will need ongoing work done on the site, so if you prove to be the best designer, I will look to use you for updates etc.
