Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a new business selling native tree gifts online in NZ and we need a hip and funky brand/logo that will be attention-getting and make us stand out from all the other players in this industry.

The gifts are small tree seedlings, presented in lovely packaging. They are purchased online and delivered to the recipient. They are later planted out by the recipient (or put in a larger pot) and become the gift that goes on giving. Yay!

Main focus is corporate gifts but these can also be purchased to celebrate, congratulate and mark significant events and milestones in life, such as birthday, valentines, Mother's Day, birth of a baby, marriage, death of a loved one as it continues to be a living reminder of the special event/person.

- delivered for you (gift wrapped and can be personalised)
- delightful & different (unexpected and exciting)
- final design should stand out from the ususal 'eco-friendly' 'green' hessian type feel and be new, fun and vibrant.

Could be colourful (i.e. decorative Indian style peace, love and mungbeans feeling) OR could be black with greenstone with light shining through OR play on the black and silver theme (NZ rugby team colours). But totally open to your interpretation. : )

  What if the trunk was a barcode and the top of the tree a target...(I have another business tied to this one that is called 'the onion factory' so the target shape appeals as it could also be an onion - business has nothing to do with actual onions though.) :)
  
  
  I have no strong ideas at all but other possibilities may be the iconic NZ Tree such as Pohutukawa flower(red), or Kowhai (yellow),but not both.
  I would rather leave it to you but other ramblings of mine include the below...
  May allude to progress from a little seedling to a really groovy tree as these gifts can last generations. Your grandchildren might visit the tree you planted.
  Like the idea of a tyre swing - tree (if used) must be colourful not green - could be Dr Seuss-looking maybe?
  
  Tree trunk could be a bar code or a gift bag
  Also cool to emphasise that it is online and delivered, somehow. : )

No debería tener

• No muted, pale and natural tones, i.e. white, beige, lots of green. I want also to embrace the green theme but want to stand out from the crowd as more funky, edgy, fun, and colourful, or punchy black and white.
  No hands around the earth or peace signs : )
  Logo should say
  "ShopTree" with the smaller tag line "naturally perfect gifts"
