Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Dear Designer,

I need a logo for above named company. The logo needs to print well in color and black and white, look good in small (e.g. on a business card) and in large (e.g. on a banner). My target group are leaders primarily in Western Europe and the US, but to a limited extent in SEAsia too. We deliver training, consulting and coaching in the areas of leadership, strategy, and organizational development and design.

The logo should not be too crazy, but have style, grace, and signal quality and respectability. The Acronym for my company is A.L.S.O. I would like to keep the webpage in blue. The logo should entail the acronym and the full text (Academy for Leadership, Strategy & Organization). Positioning is upmarket. Appearance should be very professional and more elegant than bold.

I have attached an example what it could look like. Feel free to choose other designs or make other suggestions too. But if you use the example provided then:
The example should be changed in the following way: with the flames in three different colors which correspond to the letters L., S., and O. which should be in the respective colors too (visualizing the three dimensions). In addition the long text should be bigger and in two lines (I could not do this in the online software I was using). Other designs are HIGHLY welcome too but this one could be a starting point if you think it is worth it. But I am open!
