Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a new design for a gourmet online food store based in Singapore called 18houses. The name comes from "the eighteen houses" which used to be a section of boat quay, Singapore largest port during colonial area all the way to the 1960's.
We select and import/export high quality food specialities from all over the world and sell them online from Singapore. I would like to see some bright colours in the logos that would highlight the authenticity of our products and the safety of food products sold from Singapore. The logo should also evoke authenticity, as we source products directly from producers and not from large corporations. It is targeted to food gourmet, foodies and food professionals, hence it should be look very premium and not funny, ideally playing mostly on the company name and adding some other elements but the highlight is definitely the name.
What I have in mind is something in the area of logos of these companies: Fauchon, Hediard, Gryphon tea, Maille and Caviar Prunier, i.e a solid name design that will allow me to build a solid company reputation. Since this is an online store the scalability of the logo is also extremely important so it can be seen properly on mobile devices.
