Resumen de Diseño de Tarjeta de Presentación

I need a logo and business card design for my private practice for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The optional names for my practice are: Lambregtse Praktijk voor Psychiatrie en Psychotherapie, or short: Praktijk Lambregtse.
I am a (child and adolescent) psychiatrist and psychotherapist. I diagnose and treat infants, children, adolescents and adults with psychiatric symptoms/disorders. I also give supervision to colleagues about their own treatments. My work is characterised by personal involvement, transparence, creativity and professionality.
I would like to have an appealing, light and bright, yet basic design that invites people (both children and adults) to contact me, gives trust and hope, without loosing professional appearance.
I uploaded my contact information which should not necessarily be all included (in this form) on the card as long as people know how to contact me. Please feel free to be creative!
Please note that my website is only temporarely and need a new design and update too!
