Resumen de Diseño de Logo
I've been working as a freelance videographer & photographer in the Austin area for a number of years (supplementing a 9-5), but focusing on just a handful of projects in a given year, found mostly by word of mouth. I would like to start to more aggressively seeking more & larger projects using a rebuilt site and branded channels (Twitter, FB, etc.), but I am having a hard time with a concept that works long-term (meaning: who I am today AND if it were ever to grow into a true production house) & the vector work needed to create something professional looking.
I have been operating (writing, producing, directing, shooting, editing) in the world of narrative, documentary & corporate work under the name One Man Consensus Productions and I also take on some design (though mostly layout) and writing/editorial projects. "One Man Consensus" speaks accurately to the size of my company, but (hopefully) also to my efficiency & the ability to bring a multitude of talents under one roof - and, to a lesser extent, the personality/wit/film school perspective I try to bring to more traditional corporate and lower budget productions.
I would like a logo that not only serves as the masthead, but sets some of the preliminary brand design AND leaves the door open to understanding that I can handle additional creative endeavors beyond working with a camera. My real challenge is incorporating "One Man," which I have received positive feedback about, without pigeonholing myself as a one man band that cannot handle larger projects. A side note: because of this conflict, I am toying with the idea as, at least initially, presenting myself as just the producer/consultant who is the gateway to full-scale production.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hello, all. Thanks for all the submissions and edits.
I apologize, but I need to extend by a couple of days as I'm caught up in a shoot and need a little time to review the last few designs and requested changes.
Thanks again for all your hard work.
Best regards,
Josh M.

Requisitos
Debes tener
- The ability to feature a designated portion or all of the logo as a small, thumbnail/profile image on channels like Twitter.
Agradable de tener
- A camera lens/aperture – without eliminating the idea that I handle other work.
The number 1 instead of "One" to help consolidate the logo, though I am concerned this will put even more emphasis on the size of my operation.
Use of the letters "OMC" as a potential means to retain the name recognition for existing clients but eliminate my concerns with "one man" moving forward.
No debería tener
- Any kind of singular figure representing a person/man. I think this visual would resonate as "he's only one guy."
It's okay to lean a little toward a masculine design (most of my clients are males, as am I), but I want to leave the door open for, in particular, female photography clients.
