Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi, I need a logo done for a Australian based conveyancing company. In some countries it is referred to as property law and deals with settling the contract at time of purchase or selling homes, apartments or land.

The company will be called Emerton Conveyancing which we would like that in the logo. We would also like to incorporate the 'E' and the 'C' to form some sort of logo but still have Emerton Conveyancing as well.

We also thought of using a font or shapes that are not too harsh for example rounded edges, playful colours but still professional.

We liked the font in Image1 one but not the colour.
We like the colour combination of Image2 one but found the logo a bit harsh in the edges. And we liked the colour in this one as well as the soft edges of the logo.
