Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company based in Newcastle, Australia called Sourceware. I will be developing web applications, mobile optimised websites, IPhone and Android apps, and have the ability to deliver traditional marketing and marketing strategy as well as any e-marketing. Initially i will be focusing on the web, and app development with a possible expansion into business strategy and marketing later. So it is more likely the logo should incorporate a focus on web and apps.

I am partial to the UPS logo (for it's 3D thing it has going on) as well as other well known logos like Coca Cola, IBM and and VW. Essentially however i am looking for your artistic direction to deliver a modern, professional yet creative logo. I do favour the colour blue but if you can deliver something else i like without blue, it's not that important. In regards to the font and logo itself. I'm not 100% sure if Sourceware should have the S capitalized or not. I'm not sure if the logo should include capital letters or be lowercase ill leave that up to you to get right. Essentially the logo could be a combination of an image that incorporates what the business will be about or could just be the name of the business if displayed correctly. Show me what you have got!

I would expect the winning logo to draw inspiration from sites like logopond as well as from logos of significance such as those previously mentioned. I am aiming to deliver a professional upmarket result and the logo should convey this. I'm looking forward to what you deliver and hope you enjoy this project. There is plenty of room to move on this one so please deliver your best work!
