I am trying to promote a change in YouTube’s Terms of Use.

I made the current design in Wix, but I don’t like the end result.
Please disregard the current design; I have it only for the text.
I am looking for a design that will relay the site’s message.
I want an original design. It has to have space for Social buttons and for Facebook comments system.
There is no need to include a Contact Us form.
