To be exact the fields are:

name, picture, profession, street + nr, postal code, city, email address, phone number, about you, work experience (title, company, logo, from, to, description), education (title, school, logo, from, to, description), other data (title, description)

You can just supply an image. when you win I would like the exact colors, fonts, etc.
