It provides CFO's or Controllers with the ability to disseminate info among key employees and owners. It would allow comparisons to metrics (budget) or prior periods with goal setting. It would also alert based on negative trends or positive trends. For example a 6 month trend of downward net working capital. It would also give feedback on what that may mean for your business.
