Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking to have designed a new logo for our website Film A Hoy. The idea of the website is that film takes on the pirates. It is also about supporting independent films. People can watch films free with adverts or pay a nominal fee to watch it without the adverts.

The website is in the process of being finalized and the designers have come up with a design for the logo. We feel that the design is dated and not the right image for the company. We want to avoid film perforations as its too obvious. We also don't want it to look like a clip art. And finally we want to make sure that the text is legible.

I have attached an image of one of the websites sample pages and the logo which we don't like. There is a logo in the top corner and then the full logo in the bottom of the page. We would need there two parts of the images. This gives you an idea of where it will be positioned and the logo we are not happy with. Please ignore the place holder film titles as these will be replaced. Any other questions please get in touch and good luck

• Nice to see something modern and your take on Filmahoy. The motive is support film or film takes on pirates. I would be open to a radical creative design so feel free to surprise us with something left field. I am really open. We are looking for someone to try one design which is a camera filming from a ships deck or a projector beaming from the deck. Would you get the chance to try this?
