We require a trifold brochure design with lots of colour! We love art/watercolour concepts, but also open to a clean, crisp, more professional looking design.
We provide allied health services to both children and adults with disabilities, so design should be gender neutral.

- Beginning your NDIS journey...
- Glasswing Therapy are proud to be registered providers under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We have a wide range of therapists, developmental educators, and support coordinators to help you every step of the way!
- If you’re just starting your NDIS journey, there will be a few things you need to consider. Fortunately you don’t have to do this alone, and our staff are available to help make your journey as simple as possible.
- We are here to support you to:
- - Understand the NDIS and how it works
- - Find out if you’re eligible
- - Identify goals and aspirations that the NDIS may fund
- - Put together the documents you need for your application
- - Apply for the NDIS
- - Connect with therapists and providers who will support you towards achieving your goals and aspirations
- You can meet with us at our office in Banora Point or even your own home, to help make your NDIS plan a reality.
- NDIS eligibility requirements:
- Your eligibility for access to the NDIS will be assessed by the National Disability Insurance Agency.
- You are eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) if you:
- - are under 65 years of age, and
- - are an Australian citizen or resident or permanent visa holder, and
- meet the disability or early intervention requirements.
- You may meet the disability requirements if:
- - you have an impairment or condition that is likely to be permanent (i.e. it is likely to be life long) and
- - your impairment substantially reduces your ability to participate effectively in activities, or perform tasks or actions unless you have:
- - assistance from other people or
- - you have assistive technology or equipment (other than common items such as glasses) or
- - you can't participate effectively even with assistance or aides and equipment and
- your impairment affects your capacity for social and economic participation and
- you are likely to require support under the NDIS for your lifetime.
- How to prepare and register for the NDIS
- 1- Use the My Access Checker or call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to ask if you or your family member is eligible for the NDIS and what you can do prepare. You can find this My Access Checklist on the NDIS website. Visit: http://www.ndis.gov.au/ndis-access-checklist
- 2- Contact us on (07) 5524 6538 to arrange an appointment time to complete your pre planning booklet together, or alternatively you can complete this on your own.
- - Meet with a support coordinator or planner to discuss goals and go through pre planning booklet together in more depth if necessary
- - Arrange for diagnosis if you don’t already have one
- - Start gathering all the paperwork you might need for the NDIS planning session. This includes forms, letters, reports, health assessments, individualised service plans, school-teacher feedback and any information that will give evidence of your disability or of the disability of the person you care for.
