You mention one of the images would be labeled as "hero" but the way design crowd renames everything the files no longer have your file names and now have a design crowd generated name.

Which particular one is the hero you intended. Also you maybe able to upload a zip file with your image names still intact.

There should be an image of a blond woman using an iPad with an elderly woman on a couch next to her. That is our hero image. I will update the information to let other artists know. Thank you.
