Blue Cheetah Race Timing is an innovative, full service race management company that serves organizations and business that host marathons, 5K's, 10K's and half-marathons by providing accurate, technologically advanced "chip" timing services for racers.

Logo requirements:

Logo should incorporate the use of an original, sleek-looking cheetah (preference will go to realistic/abstract over cartoonish), emphasizing a blue coloring aspect to the animal. Additionally, using creative font work and layout, the words "Blue Cheetah Sports Timing" should be incorporated into the final logo. We are open to more abstract images of a cheetah, so if you would like to go this route, feel free to think outside of the box. As long as it's blue, catchy, and looks as sleek and innovative as our company, we'll be happy.

When we describe being open to "abstract art", think of the new Greyhound bus lines logo. It is clearly a greyhound, but looks more like modern line art. This might work well for the requirements of this logo.

Since the logo will frequently be printed on single process shirts and low quality race bibs, it should incorporate primarily one color so as to facilitate clear and economical printing on a variety of mediums while still maintaining a high visual appeal in the web world. The use of a common but eye-catching Pantone blue is encouraged. please, no gradients or any areas that require a white lay-down. this logo should be printable on almost any color shirt or bib.
