The company name is Premier Property Management. I think I am going to submit a new project for a new logo design for the company so perhaps we can just use a place maker logo for now.

Our current logo is dark blue and silver/grey. I have tried to upload the logo file, but this website will not cooperate.

As far as content ideas, I am looking for;

Residents ability to request work orders/Service in their apartments including the attachment of photos,

Residents able to pay rent through whichever method we choose i.e., paypal etc.,

Residents able to notify management of socially disruptive behavior,

Management''s ability to send messages to all enrolled residents,

Management able to list available programs,

Residents able to enroll/volunteer for available programs.

The only existing android/iphone app I have found has been produced by Panda Media from the UK. If you look at their model as an application to benchmark, it will give you a good idea of what I am looking for. Their website is  http://www.pandapaw.co.uk/ihome.html. Our company is based in the U.S. and the Panda Media services are geared towards the UK.

Hope this helps with the development. I will try to extend the due date for this project so that everyone has ample time to develop.
