Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We require a new logo for the International Association on workplace bullying and harassment (IAWBH). The IAWBH is an international not-for-profit organisation who aims to stimulate, generate, integrate and disseminate research and evidence-based practice in the field of workplace bullying and harassment. Through this effort we seek to promote fairness, justice and dignity at work for all. The IAWBH has more than 200 members from 30 countries.

Our current website design is tired and is being redeveloped - see iawbh.org for info about the association.
The proposed redeveloped look and feel is available at https://iawbh27.wildapricot.org, and consists of white space and a range of blue tones. Please have a look at it (some screenshots attached, which also show the existing logo). The layout of the heading could be changed to accomodate a logo of a different style/orientation (i.e.. round, square, rectangular), or the heading could be replaced by the logo and some text outlining the full name of the association.

We require a logo that is modern, fresh and professional. It should appeal to an international audience. Colour schemes should be complimentary with our new website design, though we're happy to consider a broad palette. We require a logo that can work in black and white/monochrome versions, as well as full colour, and will want a transparent/watermark version too.
We don't really want stick figures or humanoid forms.
The logo should incorporate the letters "IAWBH" and may or may not include the full text "international association on workplace bullying and harassment"
