Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello:
I am re-launching this project with a new company name as the last contest did not seem to inspire any designs which I felt captured the essence of the company or alternatively, did not result in an image which I felt was compelling enough. Having said that, it is clear from your images thus far that you are all incredibly talented and so I thought I would give it another go from another angle.

More specifically, I thought that maybe a new name and a simpler and more direct brief with specific genre of imagery would provide designers with the creative space to come up with something more interesting. Fortunately I have not yet registered the company name so if your great design could make that decision for me.

The new name is now Kingsmount Consulting, since I work on Kingsmount Park Road. And yes, the office is at the top of a small hill or "mount".

We do program evaluation and research consulting for agencies in the health and social services sector.

While I would still like a logo incorporating the initials of KC, this time I would like it to be in a modern, upscale, regal style that may involve related symbolism (e.g., modern take on a crown, or family crest....and/or perhaps a mountain or mountain peak to speak to the "mount" in the name and suggest to notch service or even an old style ink pen to suggest consulting). Ultimately I will leave the choice to you but stress that the logo has to have a modern and innovative feel to it, rather veering to far off into the stylized traditional domain...although a taste of the latter might work. In fact, if you come up with a design that is interesting enough, perhaps regal styling or elements might not be necessary, although they might be an added bonus if you could include them in some way.

I would like it to convey a sense of a company that is upscale and well established (thus the regal), and yet professional, advanced and modern in its training and research approach. I hope that the regal name and symbolism will convey the former, and that your modern take on it will convey the latter. This may mean calligraphy type text, or it may mean very clean sharp text with appropriate symbolic images. I leave it to you.

While I will even leave the choice colour to you, the logo should work well in grayscale.

In keeping with the idea of letting you run with this, I will not attach any images at this time, but may do so later if I feel more guidance is necessary.

Community based agencies I provide program evaluation consulting services for as well as for professional (e.g., doctors) in the medical system introducing novel interventions or policies. With this logo I would be trying to establish us as the agency that provides a higher level of service in terms of training, experience and service, as few have comparable CVs (e.g., limited number in field with PhDs). So while some may try to sell themselves as informal and approachable, we are trying the opposite tract of being the ones to go to if you want exceptional, top notch elite service with a higher level of professionalism.
