I am working on the redevelopment of a shopping center and have created a brochure for the property using Microsoft Publisher. I would like to have a condensed version of the flyer created that is two pages and has a very modern, slick look. Any information that will go into the new flyer can be found either on the attached version or on the property's website: http://www.loopnet.com/lid/18279354.

-Must be two pages
-Must have large photos using the attached renderings
-Must include my company's logo and contact information
