Resumen de Diseño de Impresos

Our Chamber of Commerce celebrates a Member of the Week with an ad in our local newspaper (copy of ad attached). I would like an 8 1/2 x 11in designed sheet where I can place the ad on and present it to them in a frame. I'm not really sure what all should be included or what it should look like. That's why I'm reaching out to you professionals! I would like it to be in color, although the ad is in black n' white. The dimensions of the ad are 6"h x 5 3/4w.

• A space 6"h x 5 3/4w for the newspaper ad.
• Our chamber logo, in color
• A place holder for the date of the newspaper ad

• I really don't know! I don't know if there should be a brief paragraph of congratulations under the ad? If our contact info should be on there....but I'm thinking not. Perhaps, the direction of the document can be landscape with a congrats at the top and just some decorative design?
