Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like a custom drawn logo similar to the one I have shown. The name of the brand is Roll Models. We are a brand dedicated to showing the world that cannabis users are many times professionals and also successful people. The sketch of the logo i have attached is far from a finished product. The body of the bird is shaped like a marijuana joint. The wings do not need to be like the wings I drew. I will also attach examples of wings and joints I like. The head of the figure uses the capitol letter R and the tail is made of a capitol M. I would also.like the Roll Models included at the bottom or maybe to the right hand side. This is just am idea I have had. I am open to others so please get creative.
