Make the design granteed

Making the design "guaranteed" really means give up your right to a refund if only a few or no good designs are submitted. The design is already guaranteed because we have already paid DesignCrowd up front for the project, and we need a website. Just because the design isn't "guaranteed" doesn't mean we aren't serious about the project or won't select a winner. It simply means we have to pick a design even if we don't get any we like. It has no impact on whether or not your particular design is picked. Submitting a quality design that meets our scope is really what "guarantees" the project for you personally.
