NEED CUSTOM THEME FILES FOR WORDPRESS ncluded. I need a wordpress website that I will be able to edit down the road. Content wise the site I was trying to build is accurate. http://www.thelifesafetypro.com The site focuses on life, safety and home emergencies. My target audience is the first time home buyer. Usually in mid 20's think engineering type person.

I am up for a complete redesign. I want it to look clean and neat.

Things I need to have on the site :

- 2 Menus - A main menu and a secondary menu at top of page
- Search Bar in one of the main menus
- Social Media Share Buttons on one of the menus
- I am up for a color change (Maybe something a little softer) Need Help
- Main Page should be set up as a main page with separate blog page
- Need a CTA / Sign up for newsletter on page (location can vary)
- Blog Categories: When clicked need to show the full article and image.
- If you click on my home safety you will see how they are set up as a grid. I do not like this I want them to be easy to read and flow in order.

The site is going to mainly provide information for First Time Home Buyers. Eventually a page will be set up to sign up for a paid Home Safety Course. For now I want to focus on the content.

Mail should function with mail chimp for now.
This needs to be a functioning theme that I can edit. I currently have the rights to divi builder if that helps. I don't want to have to worry about the site I just want to focus on content creation.

- Categories Bad and Blog Category 2 - Current Layout. I do not like
- Main Page - What my main page looks like. I am up for a complete redesign

• Wordpress integration.
• 2 Menus on top - Main and secondary
• Search function in a menu
• Social Media Icons in menu
• Sidebar with image of myself and some info on top , posts , categories
• Categories of blog posts need to list on the page. Not grid.
• Email signup on page at some part. (can be bottom, top or side. )
• Nice Clean state Front page.
• Color Combination that works well. (Doesn't have to be what is their now)
• Current links to site.
• Learn CPR needs to be a link to an external site ( http://www.cprtrainingpittsburgh.com)

• I am flexible on the main page site design. I am not good at this so anything you feel. I cannot describe what I want but I will know it when I see it.
• I will come up with the information. Of course if any copy could be provided and shows value I would be willing to pay extra.

• Grid Style for blog posts.
• Blog Posts should be in list style and each post for each category will just go down the page by order of date posted.
