Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I need a Feature Sheet for Real Estate that is 8/12 x 11 4 pages to promote the houses I sell.
The design needs to be consistent with the current colours and design and my branding. The design is a TEMPLATE and pictures will be changed with every new house I start selling. Most feature sheets are 4 pages, but some may be 8 pages, thus the design needs to flow in 4 and 8 page designs. I will explain the pages to include for the 8 page design.

I am attaching the current logo, the current business card, and PAST flyers and PAST artwork. The past artwork should be used as a reference guide, but not necessarily follow the same design going forward unless you feel it can be improved.

• * Must be Landscape 11 x 17 paper folded for 8.5 x 11 (4 pages and 8 Page option as well.
• * All photos being used are always landscape.
• * 4 pages version must fit a minimum of 10 photos
• * 8 Page version Minimum of 14 photos
• * 8 Page Version: Middle pages can have a landscape picture that stretches 2 pages - see sample in brief attachments.
• * 8 Page version: Create a page for " Schools and Amenities "
• I have uploaded sample pictures of a house to use for this project. They are not the best quality photos. They are only meant as placeholders.
• * I have also uploaded my business card and letterhead for design continuity.
• * Must contain My Logo, My picture, My colour branding, My C21 Logo, Legal disclaimers, My contact information, my website address
• * A place to put the website address of the property I'm selling example: 8567 Shelbourne.com
• * First page must have big front foto
• * Very Few words - This is all about pictures
• * Copyright statement "Copyright 2017 Miguel Burgos PropertyBird.ca/Copyright
• * The inside pages should look consistent: I attached VERY NICE Sample Feature Sheet Designs from google.

• * A place to write a description if needed, but can also be left blank and look decorative

• In those boxes I would enter ' 3 ' Bedrooms, ' 4 ' washrooms, ' Finished '
