Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a new logo design for a start-up mens fashion brand named Wolf and Sail. Wolf and Sail will aim to deliver quality men’s accessories primarily specialising in developing men’s bags/messenger bag’s for the everyday working professional. The bags will consist of a high quality leather material that will provide consumers with security that they will have the bag for a life time, due to the bags durable and premium leather quality.

Wolf and Sail aim to evoke a sense of authority, luxury and professionalism. The symbolism on the Wolf highlights the pursuit of achieving your goals and having faith in the path you are walking on through life, ultimately to achieve success in whatever you do without the reliance on others, i.e a lone wolf. The Sail represents exploration and ruggedness.

We want our brand to represent everything about what it mean to be an alpha man, or a "boss". The logo typography should be classic and bold, yet with modern undertones. We would like the logo iconography to have elements of both the wolf AND the sail, integrated together.

Some ideas would be a wolf sitting on a small yacht, a figure standing with a wolf next to him on a yacht. The wolf on its own with ocean symbolism. We are open to all unique and creative ideas when it comes to how these are portrayed, we also haven't quite settled on whether we want this icon to be super realistic (i.e the wolf) or more of a symbolic wolf /geometric/abstract designs.

The name Wolf and Sail are named derived from the last names of the two founders, myself (Shipman - I.e the Sail) and my business partner (Vucinic - I.e Serbian for Wolf) - So do what you want with this knowledge, i.e bring your own creativity to the concept.

Target Demographic: 20-35 year old, male, professionals working in the business world / Entrepreneurship, money and success driven individuals with medium to high incomes.

Bare in mind that this logo, or at least the icon portion, will be branded onto our apparel, so keeping it tight and with the ability to identify through textography/iconography is important, also sizing and visibility on apparel.

We look forward to seeing what you come up with, we are honestly open to anything as long as it portrays our key values and looks very aesthetically appealing. And overall we want this logo to be "boss".
This is a great project for those gifted designers who are up to the challenge, get those creative juices flowing!
