Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a tech company looking for a new logo design. This logo will be used in our presentation materials, marketing material, website, brochure, etc.

We would like the design to give the sense that we are:
- mature
- reliable
- partners
- technology
- sophisticated
- current
- solid
- dependable
- proven
- professional
- competent

We like logos from these companies:
- IBM
- Genesys
- Oracle
- Microsoft
- SAP

We have 2 other ideas for you to consider if you don't have any other ideas for the logo. However by no means are we insisting on these ideas - it is just something our team thought up.
1. K made from a tree and leaf growing out of the tree. See attached image, the box around the part we are trying to capture. The idea here is that the tree trunk has leaves sprouting from it (like in the Spring time after Winter, there is new hope, growth, and energy).

2. K made from a square bracket and curly bracket: ]{ This is our current logo used. See attached image.
