Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new real estate company in Texas. The company name will be "Rainey REAL ESTATE". We are looking for something with an old tradition and a modern twist. We'd like something that will not scare off the older traditional crowd, but still pulls in the younger families looking to settle. We'd like the name "Rainey" to be in a font close to fonts like :Billy Ohio, The Redlight stylistic, Authenia, Historia and Hayne. These are all handwritten script like fonts with very noticeable detail in the letter "R" and the letter "Y" in the name Rainey. As for the words Real Estate we are looking for something in all caps that is much bolder and easy to read and flows well with the font that Rainey is in. Please no logo's with the typical rooftops incorporated into them, we mainly want it to be just the wording with minor embellishments. The final product should be something eye catching that would look well on signs, t-shirts, caps, business cards, and car door magnets. The color will be purple, black, white, and maybe some gray.
