Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hey guys!
I have been having a bit of trouble coming up with a logo that effectively and simply communicates what I do for people in my business, MKPT (Michael Kelly Personal Training).
I am a Personal Trainer living in Sydney, Australia who specialises on ensuring his clients have a 'fit body, strong mind and high spirits' to ensure their life is as positive and successful as it can be.
I also will be using this logo to spearhead a social media campaign which will (hopefully) inspire people to strive for the 'fit body, strong mind and high spirits'.

The thought that I have had so far is that I would like the shadow of a person (so it's not male or female) sitting in a meditative state with their legs crossed, while holding a barbell above their head. This, to me shows the fit body, strong mind and high spirits mantra of my business, but perhaps fails to show customers why this can be a benefit to their lives (positively geared thinking and overall success in all aspects of their life).

I also don't know whether to have MKPT anywhere in the logo or not. I would ask you all to have a play and see what you come up with. I hope this description gives you an idea of what I am looking for, however if your creative juices take you on a completely different track to what I've posted, I'm open to something completely different aswell.
