What is the main object of this logo, is it the PT. Duta Cendana Putramandiri (DCP) or the Bank Perkreditan Rakyat ?

What i get from the brief is the BPR is the main object (main logo), and the PT BPR Duta Cendana Putramandiri as the secondary object (placed under BPR logo woth smaller font) is that right?
