Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I am run a residential painting business and am looking for a flyer to be designed to mailout to potential customers.
I want the copy/wording to be designed similar to this flyer.

It's important that the person reading the flyer gets the benefits we're promoting which is why I want the wording/copy to be almost identical to the flyer attached.

However, the structure will be different. The flyer will be a postcard thick, 5 x11.5.
Double sided.

The name of the company is Pro Painters.

I would also like the prominent colour to either be light green or orange.
