Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The location and feel of our small neighborhood in downtown Wilmington, Delaware is well-known but not the name. The name we want in the logo is Midtown Brandywine. (Not to include the words Neighborhood Association) We are looking for a logo to brand the neighborhood and get the name out there.
Logo to be hung on banners at street entrances, on flags attached to homes and various tee shirts and the like.
We are a 4 by 4 block of mostly brick row homes, surrounded by a park and river, the downtown skyscrapers, a hospital, and a small historical church. (see photos below)
We need a vertical and horizontal version of the logo. Please see the attached photos to get a sense of the neighborhood (the little church is on the border of the neighborhood and not SUPER important, row houses are probably more indicative of the neighborhood)
Also, please see the design we paid for last round. This came close but was not accepted by a majority of the neighborhood. Feel free to use it as a jumping off point, as it does capture a couple of the elements (bridge, river, tall buildings surrounding us) Good luck and THANK YOU!!!
