Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a small property management company. We are located in Sandy, Utah and have been renting residential properties for over 20 years. We only rent/manage properties that we personally own. Currently 42 properties consisting of primarily single-family homes. This gives us the unique ability to set our own rental qualifications and rent to people that may be turned down by a more traditional management company. We see our tenants as individuals, some of them have been through a hardship in the past and are having a hard time getting back on their feet. Because we love to help individuals and/or families get a new start we named the company "Nu-Start Properties, Inc." We don't have a specific color scheme we use for the company.
