I am a UK based Health Coach who requires a clean Word Press 'lifestyle' design. The website will be a window to my services and is not intended to be a place to hang volumes of information off. It needs to be professional looking but with a hint of fun; easy/fun to navigate, intuitive and pleasing to the eye.

The site needs to be image/icon/video based to attract potential clients to my health coaching service. it should also encompass a creative/strong 'Call to Action' throughout the site - i.e. 'contact me'. I will only be using Facebook and LinkedIn for social media. Please also consider the colours of the beach/ocean and other lifestyle images I intend to you.

Images in your submission:

I am doing a photoshoot in July/Aug and so there is no need seek 'ideal images' as I will have a personal catalogue to choose from - examples along the lines of the above brief will be fine in your submission.

My target audience is successful/professional men aged 30+ who are likely to lead busy lives, Dads, and enjoy hobbies/activities that keep them fit and healthy. They are probably cash-rich but time-poor - hence the clean, intuitive requirement for the site. I am also male who has a family. I require the site to have a slightly more masculine look/feel to it i.e. font, shapes etc. It must also compliment my logo coaching philosophy (see below).

• I have uploaded my logo for reference and inspiration and some images that are similar to the those that will be used throughout the site. The concept is below, but please feel free to employ your 'creative genius' to how it will operate/look/work; In broad terms, I require the following:
• 1 (Home Page): This will need to strongly convey the 'Why' to clients using my services by 1. showcasing who I am (My Story) through a Vimeo/Youtube; 2. showing results of previous clients through an eye-catching testimonials section; and 3. conveying to clients (as creatively as possible) the comprehensive approach of my coaching business; through the following elements (if this can be represented through an eye-catching graphic that chimes with my logo - even better):
• - Nutrition
• - Exercise
• - Mental well-being
• - Sleep - adequate/quality
• - Play - rest and recuperation
• - Sunlight - adequate
• - Plan, execute, review
• 2. 'My Philosophy' page: This will contain a number of paragraphs outlining to potential clients my guiding principles. The headings for each paragraph are:
• - I empathise - I'm a busy family man.
• - I choose my clients extremely carefully.
• - I guide, you decide.
• - I give it to you straight.
• - I give you the tools to change, build great health and see results.
• - If you don't fully commit, we'll part company.
• - I'm evidence-based and results driven.
• - I trust the numbers.
• - Consistency over perfection.
• - I take a comprehensive approach.
• - Guiding principles, not a prescriptive programme.
• - I will recommend some products - I don't sell them.
• - I use technology when it's complimentary.
• - Exercise is important but it's not the only factor.

• On the philosophy page, the images will be more atuned to preparing meals with the kids in the kitchen and images depicting other aspects of the key pillars such as Play - games with the kids, hobbies, activities or sports; rest and recuperation (reading, holidays etc); and using your brain.
• 3. The 'Investment' page (my prices page). This page needs to show three different packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold. An editable info-graph for ease of readability and showing what the client gets for each package/cost.
• Page 4. The 'Project You' Page. This page will show the client journey; ideally, icon/graphic driven, it should show a typical journey for a client, incorporating the following (taken from the Bronze Package) - please make this quick and fun to view:
• - Meet-up: coffee shop, telephone/video call.
• - Client completes e-Questionnaire.
• - Client records a 'typical week' in a journal.
• - Analyse/discuss e-Questionnaire with the client.
• - Analyse/discuss journal with the client.
• - Testing - Health Markers.
• - Testing - Body Composition Measurement.
• - Fitness Testing (if required) - tailored to sport/activity and preference.
• - Intervention Design and Refine.
• - Clients keep a journal of progress + supporting Meet/Video/telephone consultations.
• - 3-month: re-testing of Health Markers, Body Composition and Fitness.
• The Silver and Gold packages incorporate further testing and interventions as required.
• Page 5. The 'Exercise Sessions' page - VLOG. This page will hold a catalogue of home-based exercise films via Vimeo/Youtube for clients to use/refer to/follow anytime/anywhere. For each post/session I require a template that (as creatively as possible) can:
• - Hold a video;
• - Incorporate an editable info-graph that allows me to the following information fixed information.
• - Session title (header)
• - Exercise names (a maximum of 4 for each clip)
• Against each exercise I need to be able to show some or all of the following information - preferably icon/minimum words driven:
• - Intensity (i.e. low, medium, high, maximum)
• - Coaching points (be able to list of 4-5 key coaching points).
• - Safety points (to be able to list 4-5 key safety points).
• - Session goal (i.e. Strength, CV fitness; movement competency etc).
• - Session - Total time
• - Target heart rate during work (i.e. 150-160bpm)
• - Equipment options (i.e. bodyweight, kettle bell, power-bag, weighted bar, Olympic bar etc)
• - Sets.
• - Reps per set (i.e. 15 reps).
• - Duration per set (i.e. 30s).
• - Block sets (i.e. 3 x 3 sets)
• - Rest between sets (i.e. 30s)
• - Rest between block sets (i.e. 2 min)
• - Tempo (i.e. 2s-1s-3s)
• - Interval ratio (i.e. 30s work/10s rest)
• - Recover heart rate target (i.e. 120bpm)
• Viewable on other devices with no change in format.

• The look I definitely don't want - Bootcamp; gym/personal trainer; corporate; consultancy; feminine; flowery; fashion; cartoon; cluttered and confusing.
